Personal Coaching for
Neurodivergent Adults
Our coaching is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in how neurodivergent minds actually work.
We help you build clarity, self-understanding, and sustainable rhythms, without masking or burnout.
Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or other forms of neurodivergence, our coaching meets you where you are. Traditional productivity advice often fails neurodivergent people because it's built for neurotypical nervous systems. Instead, we help you discover approaches that work with your brain, rooted in understanding your specific neurotype, not pushing against it.
What We Address
Through one-on-one and group coaching, we work with the real textures of neurodivergent life. The goal is sustainable thriving, not coping, not masking, not white-knuckling through systems that were never built for you.
Executive Function
CAPACITY-AWARE
Planning, prioritization, time awareness, and task initiation are designed around interest, urgency, and energy, not around willpower.
Sensory Regulation
NERVOUS-SYSTEM FIRST
Building environments, routines, and recovery practices that reduce overload and let your sensory system actually settle.
Communication Differences
SELF-TRUST
Navigating social demands, double-empathy gaps, and self-advocacy in a world not always designed with you in mind.
Burnout & Unmasking
RECOVERY
Recovering from the exhaustion of performing neurotypically and building a life that actually fits the brain you have.
KNOW YOUR NEUROTYPE
Education is the foundation
Before strategy, before systems, before goals, understanding your specific neurotype is what makes everything else possible. You can't set intentions that work for a brain you don't yet understand, and you can't hold realistic expectations for a nervous system you've been taught to override.
So much of what neurodivergent adults experience as personal failure is actually a mismatch: expectations built for a neurotypical brain applied to a non-neurotypical brain. Learning how your brain is wired, what fuels it, what depletes it, what it needs to start, and what it needs to recover changes the entire equation.
Self-
Knowledge
FOUNDATION
Learn how your specific neurotype processes time, attention, sensory input, emotion, and energy, so you stop comparing yourself to the wrong baseline.
Realistic
Intentions
RIGHT-SIZED
Set goals scaled to your actual capacity and processing style, not to an idealized neurotypical version of you that was never going to arrive.
Expectations That Fit
SUSTAINABLE
Replace shame- based expectations with ones grounded in how your brain actually works, so
progress becomes possible instead of performative.
Why do we lead with education?
Strategies are only useful when they're built on accurate self-understanding. Coaching that skips the psychoeducation step often recreates the same neurotypical frameworks that caused the burnout in the first place. We start by helping you understand your brain, then build from there.
