NeuroInclusive Training & Collaboration
Empowering Neurodiversity in the Workplace
We bring together clinical expertise, lived experience, and systems thinking to help neurodivergent adults and organizations move from awareness to real, structural change.
Our work spans coaching, education, training, and consultation. We partner with late-identified autistic and ADHD adults who are done surviving, and with organizations ready to stop checking inclusion boxes and start building systems that genuinely work. Every engagement is grounded in the belief that different brains don't need fixing. The systems do.
True inclusion asks more than good intentions. It asks for structural change, thoughtful accommodation, and a real commitment to understanding how different brains process information, build relationships, and contribute to the people around them. Because when the systems get more human, everyone does better work.
Our sister company, Embodied Life Therapy Center, leads the clinical therapy work. If you're looking for that kind of deeper, one-on-one therapeutic support, they're the right place to start.
