Case Consultation for Professionals

You have a new neurodivergent client, student or patient, and you want to get it right. Book a focused consultation with a neurodivergent-affirming clinician and leave with clear, practical next steps for that person.

For therapists, educators, school staff, healthcare providers, case managers and evaluators.

This is consultation: you bring the case, we bring neurodivergent-affirming expertise and specific recommendations you can act on.

When to Reach Out

  • A new client or student is autistic, ADHD or AuDHD, and your usual approach isn't landing

  • Someone has disclosed a late diagnosis, or is wondering whether they're neurodivergent, and you're not sure how to respond

  • You want to adapt your modality (CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, exposure work) so it doesn't push masking

  • You're writing notes, reports, IEPs, 504 plans or treatment plans and want language that's affirming and still defensible

  • Sensory, communication or executive-function needs are getting in the way of the work

  • A client is in burnout, shutdown or meltdown cycles, and you want to tell them apart and respond well

  • You need a second opinion on accommodations, or on whether an assessment referral makes sense

What You Get

  • Guidance from a licensed clinical social worker who runs adult ADHD and autism evaluations and works with neurodivergent clients every week. Practice-based, not theory.

  • Concrete changes to your approach, environment and language, not a reading list.

  • Affirming framing that still holds up clinically, so your documentation supports the person at their next authorization, disability or accommodation review.

  • A neurodivergent perspective: the team includes neurodivergent clinicians with lived experience.
