These one-on-one, collaborative support sessions are designed to help individuals develop personalized, practical strategies for navigating executive function challenges and daily life demands. The approach is supportive and strengths-based, drawing from both clinical knowledge and real-world experience, with the feel of coaching while remaining grounded in healthcare training.

Sessions are led by Julia Dodd, FNP-C, a family nurse practitioner licensed in Oregon, ADHDer, and former Division I athlete who has completed two bachelor’s degrees and two master’s degrees. Julia brings extensive experience working with neurodivergent patients and groups, alongside many hours of focused consultation in executive functioning and ADHD-related support.

She works closely with clients to identify individual challenges, clarify goals, and develop actionable strategies that align with how their brain actually works. The focus is not on fixing or forcing change, but on creating sustainable systems that support confidence, productivity, and overall well-being. Clients are met with understanding, respect, and practical guidance in a space designed to feel collaborative, safe, and empowering.
